About Us | Soft Strip Demo London

Soft Strip Demolition Specialists Serving Greater London & Beyond

Welcome to Soft Strip Demo London, your local experts in soft strip demolition, internal demolition, and soft strip out services across Greater London and the South East. Based right here in Stamford Brook, West London, we’ve been quietly tearing things down so others can build them up — safely, smartly, and without a speck of unnecessary dust.

We’re not just any soft strip demolition company — we’re Londoners. That means we know how to navigate a maze of planning permissions, keep neighbours sweet, and operate with care in some of the UK’s most tightly packed, architecturally diverse areas. From Victorian terraces in Fulham to commercial blocks in Shoreditch, we’ve stripped them all. Cleanly. Legally. Efficiently.

What is Soft Strip Demolition, Anyway?

It’s a good question. And no, it’s not a new workout class.

Soft strip demolition (also known as soft strip out or soft stripping) is the process of carefully removing non-structural elements inside a building — like ceilings, partitions, internal walls, fixtures, fittings, and services. It’s what happens before major renovations, refurbishments, or full demolitions. Think of it as decluttering on steroids (with high-vis jackets).

We handle the soft strip in demolition with surgical precision — whether it’s for residential, commercial, or industrial properties. And yes, we’re fully compliant with all HSE and asbestos regulations, including Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012 (CAR 2012). Because safety isn’t optional — it’s non-negotiable.

Why London Trusts Us

London’s property market? Fast-moving, high-stakes, and full of quirks. One day you’re stripping out a Georgian townhouse in Kensington, the next you’re prepping a modern office in Canary Wharf. That’s why you need a team who knows their Kings Road from their Croydon bypass.

We’re proud to be one of the top soft strip demolition contractors in London, offering:

• ✅ Expert soft strip demolition services
• ✅ Full asbestos soft strip demolition (London & South East covered)
• ✅ Hassle-free service with all waste disposed according to Gov.uk and DEFRA guidelines
• ✅ Free site visits and clear, competitive quotes

We’ve worked on everything from boutique refurbishments to large-scale commercial strip outs — and we always deliver on time, on budget, and with a proper cuppa in hand.
